The Lego® Serious Play® methodology facilitates the communication among participants using bricks to build models and storytelling. It is also a great method to share, discuss and create ideas following the Design Thinking process to innovate in business.
This workshop will introduce how Lego® Serious Play® methodology and materials can be applied to Design Thinking process and help participants understand the creative process behind Lego® Serious Play®.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Susana Munoz arrived in China more than 20 years ago as a graduate student in Sichuan University. After graduation, she had the opportunity to join different start up business projects for Chinese and Mexican companies, where she experienced first-hand the complexities of communication inside multicultural teams.
In 2015 she obtained her Lego Serious Play facilitator certification in Seoul, Korea.
Susana lives in Hong Kong since 2011. In 2020, she founded GBA LatAm Trade and Investment Advisors, specialising on trade and investment strategies, market intelligence, and cross-cultural communication for international business.
Her main goal is to bring new perspectives into businesses, by understanding and leveraging cultural differences to potentialise the results of international business projects.
Susana is also the President of the Mexican Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong for the period 2020 – 2023, working with the Mexican and Chinese business communities in the promotion of trade and investment opportunities in both countries.
